Tago Terms of Service

Welcome to the Tago platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"). Please read the following terms carefully. By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Account Registration
You need to register an account before using the Platform's services. You warrant that the registration information provided is true, accurate, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Service Content
Tago provides AI-based video generation, image editing, and related digital creative services. We may change, interrupt, or terminate parts or all of the services due to business development needs.
3. User Conduct
You agree to comply with laws and regulations when using the Platform and shall not use the Platform to create, upload, reproduce, or transmit content that:
- Violates fundamental principles determined by the Constitution.
- Endangers national security, divulges state secrets, subverts state power, or undermines national unity.
- Spreads rumors, disrupts social order, or undermines social stability.
- Insults or slanders others, infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others.
- Contains other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
4. Intellectual Property
The intellectual property rights contained in the Platform and its services (including but not limited to software, technology, programs, web pages, text, images, audio, video, charts, layout design, electronic documents, etc.) belong to Tago.
The rights to content generated by you using the Platform (e.g., AI-generated videos) shall belong to you or be subject to specific platform regulations or separate agreements, provided that such use complies with laws and these Terms.
5. Disclaimer
The Platform services are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the services will meet your requirements or that they will be uninterrupted. We are not liable for service interruptions or other defects caused by force majeure or reasons beyond our control.
6. Termination of Service
If you violate these Terms, we have the right to suspend or terminate services to you at any time and reserve the right to pursue legal liability.
7. Miscellaneous
The interpretation, validity, and dispute resolution of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In case of any dispute or controversy between you and the Platform, it shall first be settled through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or controversy to the jurisdiction of the People's Court where the Platform is located.
